Cost of living crisis - how are you all doing?

Chatting to the lads in the pub the other night and they say this is a great little app to get
they said you can get shit loads of stuff to eat, if your struggling weekly it could certainly help ou and maybe you can freeze any meat etc you get.

Do most people just not use their nearest supermarket? I pass Asda on the way home so I go there. Wherever I’ve lived, there’s only usually been one big one with others a bit of a drive away etc.

Depends how far away you are away from them doesn't it. If you are in a middle of built up area it's a pain in the arse to get stuff about on the bus or walking if you don't have a car.

I've lived in places where there's two or three big supermarkets in close proximity.

Our local Co op is 2 minutes away, rip off merchants. Aldi and Lidl is 30 minutes away....we only use the Co op for last minute stuff. I hate to do it and it pains me not to buy local but there is a limit. The same goes with on line stuff. Living out in the sticks everything is miles away so the on line guys get the business. The one redeeming feature is that we keep the local delivery guys busy.....
