Bit of a cry for help here, i'm looking at buying a guitar off Ebay but the seller specifically indicates he will not post it. I've tried to contact them suggesting I give him a few extra quid to do it or I get DHL to pick it up from him but i've got no response - probably because he says he won't do it in big letters in the description!

I'm not sure if a delivery service such as DHL will wrap it anyway.

All the info I have is that it's in the SO32 postcode.

The dimensions are roughly:
52 x 13 x 3 inches
or
131 x 33 x 8 cm's

Parcelforce have delivery as £20.90 inc VAT for express24 on a 6kg item.

And I will throw in an extra £25 for wrapping it and some beer money / help.
I would just need you to pm me paypal details.

Last night I managed to get a courier from a website called Shiply to do it. Quite a good thing really - you put in what you want picking up and from where etc and delivery agents bid on doing the job for you and you accept if you are happy with the quote they provide.

Initial bids to do the job were around £90 and I ignored them. 5 hours later I got one come through for £48.
Still a bit expensive, but if you're prepared to pay and stuck for options its a good service.
