Unlikely since they parked the bus completely. AJ was what we were missing. I'm watching the game again right now. Put AJ in place of SWP and we win. He wouldn't have missed SWP's chances, and he's learned to cross the ball in the past couple months.

I don't think De Jong would have made too much difference. What we needed was something a bit more creative. AJ or maybe we could have given MJ a quick run out.

If:

Dzeko's header went in
Dzeko's easy first half chance was taken
Dzeko's toe poke second half had been struck harder
Goalie hadn't saved Dzeko's long shot top corner
SWP had gone across the player and scored, instead of inexplicably moving right...

...then the outcome would've been different. It would be the same performance but people wouldn't be calling it shite!
