According to SWMBO, David Bowie "had some nerve" covering Nirvana's "The Man Who Sold The World"...

It's right up there with Prince covering "Nothing Compares to You".

I have a couple of other Bowie covers which should never have seen the light of day including one of my favourite Japanese singers too. Just to prove I'm not biased.

Yep and as much as I like Swans, their cover was awful too.


In fact, I think Joy Division are really impossible to cover well.
