Covers that sound bettter than the originals

Enjoyed that mate but just a correction, Twist and Shout was on their first album Please Please Me, it was the album they recorded live in a day.
John had a cold and a sore throat that day so he had to leave singing this one till the end of the day as he knew his voice would be shot after it.

Interesting the guitarist played a different riff at the beginning than The Beatles played... this one is the riff for La Bamba.
No problem, and yes, you are correct. I'm getting old and so is my brain. I had one Grandmother buy me 'With the Beatles' and an EP that had a picture of the Mop Topped 4 jumping on an old brick wall including the track 'Twist and Shout' from my other grandmother at the same time at Christmas back in the day. I still have them.

I went to a Bruce Springsteen concert at the Etihad a few years ago, and he finished the show with Twist and Shout. It had us dancing and singing away. It's a great song, whatever the interpretation.
