I would say the biggest reason is almost every day Sturgeon stands up and goes through the figures , explains them and sounds like she understands them. When she introduces measures she explains her workings and thinking. So even if you don’t agree with what she does you’re expecting it and you understand her thinking, and crucially you know it’s her decision.Do find it strange how the Tories get so much stick when the actions and responses by the Welsh and Scottish govs have been virtually identical and with similar if not worse results.
Looks like they are all getting the same advise.
With Boris when he does decide to appear in public it seems like he’s reacting to things behind the curve and he doesn’t really understand and fully believe in the actions he’s taking. Then he gets Undermined by those around him and has to keep u turning and going back on previous statements. It’t pretty telling when people I know around here that are dead against independence, the SNP, voted consevative all say Nicola has done a far better job and have turned against Boris.
