Looks like it's still above what it was a year ago, so maybe just a reset as people hadn't been aware that their vaccine was not-for-profit?

That makes sense, but there's an even simpler explanation: the share price has dropped by the same amount the pound has risen against the dollar.
AZN, like most multinationals, numerates profits in dollars. So the LONDON share price falls if the pound rises and vice-versa.
The share price on the NYSE (AZN is quoted on both) is unchanged.
I have no idea why the pound has risen against the dollar. Maybe Trumps unhinged behaviour is driving the dollar down, or the COVID crisis there is.
