It was about 5k a year apart from a period where she started spamming the forum with Twitter posts and went up to about 20k a year.

It's weird how Italy has totally mismanaged this to the point that it's accelerating rapidly day by day.

Or maybe not as it has always been a fuck up as a nation state in its short modern history. A weak national government and deep seated corruption don't make for a stable country.

Regarding the social media and its like I agree totally, infact in some ways its as damaging as the virus itself in my opinion. Sadly I believe that this crisis is one that is too serious even for social media to blow out of proportion. I hope I am wrong of course....

If everyone simply does what they should ALWAYS b doing during the flu season, we should be fine. I’ve never washed my hands and used as much hand sanitizer as I have this past few weeks. We have gallons of it at the house and carry around pocket sized containers. We clean off every surface with it when out in public (had lunch out yesterday) and then do our entire routine as soon as we leave the place. I’m definitely not the problem.

You are right in saying we must all do what we can do, but there are millions in this country alone who will do no such thing, thats before we even start on your side of the pond.

Hence my reference to human nature to another poster.

Your company, thats management for you, in fact I am told that FLYBEs management were generous with wage rises above a certain level, this despite being a bunch of clowns who bust the airline. Thats a pilots take from over here on it anyway.

It’s not pretty here, but with $5Bn cash on hand, and some tax relief expected from Washington, I’m hoping it won’t mean layoffs and the voluntary leaves will take care of it. At about 3,000 of 13,000 on the Seniority List, my job goes away when the airline goes away, so I’m not too concerned about furloughs, but we just cancelled 23 new hires 3 days before they were scheduled to start, so I’ve suggested a $15/mo Captain & $9/mo FO union dues assessment to cover their pay every month until they are rehired. We will see what outreach they get.

This just in, we living in the yellow zones in Italy are officially further locked in. Fortunately my grandparents live in the same city as my aunts so if they need anything they have them, as me and the others wouldn't be able to reach them now.
