No mate, you don't see feck all. Now go and mither someone else.
Deny science with endless "they are wrong" posts despite not being remotely qualified to say so.
Constantly question the "narrative" by the media and experts
put forth your own theories as right.

I see through you. btw my car won't start and the garage say they know what's wrong with it but seeing as you are a data analysist i was wondering if you could give me your opinion.

I've pointed to numerous examples of completely respected scientists who are on the same page as me, some of whom were in the meeting at number 10 when Whitty announced the 50k cases a day. Go look into Carl Heneghan and John Ioannidis, Oxford and Stamford respectively. What I'm discussing is not some conspiracy bullshit, it's the opinion of many data scientists who are frustrated as fuck that incorrect analysis and modelling is still driving government decision making.

You don't see through me, you see your own imagined cleverness.

I know nothing of Viruses other than the fact that as im on immunosuppressants so this one could kill me. I don't offer knowledge on it or debunk those who are as im not qualified, unlike you.

GM total cases today are 1889 out of that NW total of 4441 = 42.5% of it. About the same as yeserday I think.

The UK reported 14,542 new coronavirus cases on Tuesday - an increase of almost 2,000 compared with yesterday.

Government data also shows that there have been 76 deaths within 28 days of a positive test.

I wonder how many outside of the ridiculous 28 day deadline

I think there’s still some likely catching up being done, although that’s about capacity not data and I still wish the government would highlight the ’by specimen date‘ and not focus on the ‘by result date’.

I had a quick look at the tweets from the first guy he referenced, and my first reaction was "what a prick". Citing 300-odd deaths only in under-60's with no pre-existing conditions, is fuck all consolation to (a) the very large numbers of people over 60, and (b) the vast numbers of people who have asthma, or high blood pressure, is overweight or has type-2 diabetes or is taking some medications or has some other condition.

Such comments are about as helpful as suggesting we stop all forms of cancer treatment, because people who don't have cancer are fine and those that do may die anyway.

NZ have done a great job and we could have done much better. But you cant really compare NZ with the UK. LHR alone has 15 times more international flights than all of NZ. Plus millions international ferry passengers NZ has none. Plus The channel Tunnel. IMO NZ is unique in its remoteness and ability to cut itself off from the rest of the world.
If only the UK were an island and could cut itself off like New Zealand...

He's the head of the centre for evidence based science out of oxford university, but if you think he's a prick, then fair play.

In fairness hes just explained why. Can’t compare the 2 islands at all
It’s difficult to compare any two countries meaningfully, but it doesn’t stop people on here insisting we have to compare ourselves with Sweden (that has a similar population density to New Zealand btw). I would love to be in New Zealand watching rugby in front of 40k crowds.

BBC News were suggesting that Manchester’s spike is continuing as students pass on the virus to local people. They interviewed worried people in Fallowfield. I’m not sure there is any evidence to support the BBC’s theory.
