The BBC are reporting that evidence concerning Michelle Mone, her husband, and their company PPE Medpro will be heard in a closed session next month as "there was a risk of prejudice to criminal proceedings if "sensitive evidence" was heard in public."
Does this means prosecutions are likely, or are they just covering all bases?

Presumably this:
"The National Crime Agency (NCA) opened an investigation into PPE Medpro in May 2021 into suspected criminal offences committed in the procurement of PPE."

I suspect they’re just covering their bases (as well as a little cover-up !) given the criminal investigation started in 2021 and no charges yet laid.

Criminal investigation into member of House of Lords takes lots of time and appears to get nowhere.
Shocked and stunned Brian, shocked and stunned.
Was the PPE you supplied compliant with the spec requested? It's a simple yes or no if the spec was drafted correctly.
Did you screw us? Another simple question.
