Any one has any idea how long is Aguero actually out for? I understand two negative tests within 48 hours clear you and you get back in ... because when Jesus and Walker were positive first, how come the whole squad didn't have to self-isolate as they were together in the last game and in training everyday ... surely they're not training all on their own?

Pep Guardiola confirmed after the final whistle that Aguero had been ruled out by a close contact.

A standard 10-day isolation period would mean the Argentine missing Premier League fixtures against Brighton and Crystal Palace but that is the case if he tested positive himself.

Guardiola, however, could not say exactly how much longer Aguero would have to isolate for.

"Unfortunately he was in contact more than usual with one person who is positive," the City manager said.

"He isolates for a few days. I don’t know exactly [how long]. He has been tested six times in last 10 days.

"He is negative, today he is negative too, but the protocol says if we have been in contact we have to isolate."
