Cramp

I play football a lot for a 5aside team and an 11aside team and consider myself to be quite fit.
Thing is, i keep getting cramp in my calfs after about 70-75mins and i have to come off(which obviously leads to the team going to pot as they miss my domination in the midfield ;-) ).
Does anyone know if there are any preventions to this?
My mate said to drink a pint of salt water an hour before a match??
 
One of the main things is to keep hydrated. That can help quite a lot.

Also do a few heel raises which is simply standing on your toes, and keep stretching.
