True. Just go in and block and block and block. Take the shine off the ball and bore and tire the bowlers into submission. However, that takes mental determination, which many don’t have, and it requires the media to appreciate that their job is not to nudge the run rate along. I’d much rather see both openers walk in for lunch on 75 for no loss and no chances given than one come in with the number four and the team 100 for 2 and other chances dropped.
