Slightly crazy that they've scored nearly 800 and are only 200 clear.

3rd new ball just after lunch will be key- remember Lara getting a 4 off the last ball of the game to reach 500. He was dropped early on and one of the slips says "I bet he goes on to get 100 now".

He's on 410 as of now (going by the BBC website anyway). 82 runs to go to pass Lara's record for a first class innings. And just the 4th player to pass 400 in a County Championship game (Lara, Graeme Hick and AC McLaren being the others).

* Northeast and Cooke are just 27 runs away from breaking the World Record 6th wicket partnership.
* would be only the 8th time ever for 800 runs in the CC.
