In full agreement. One of the conditions of giving the players time off last winter was to get them properly rested for this winter’s tour, yet now that their partners look like missing out on Australia, it’s being put in jeopardy. If players choose not to go, then fair enough, but they should perhaps forego their England contracts for the entire calendar year.

The High Commission came out and said there were no safety concerns… tend to agree with Holding. It was a poor show from the ECB.

simply can not have any sort of safety breaches ? i don't believe anything by The High Commission over there because its not a problem until its to late and somebody gets hurt or worst ? all it takes is one person in the wrong place ? even if he is not a threat its shows that its not as safe and tight security as it should be

Bangladesh look like pasting PNG and will move above Scotland on NRR no doubt.

Scotland will then need to win or tie v Oman to go through and avoid a 3-way tie with the worst NRR.


Despite the battering yesterday, Ireland also need a win or tie to go through.


Scotland and Ireland won't face England in the next group stage if they go through, it would be Sri Lanka and Bangladesh making it the tougher group.
