In additon, am I right that if teams meet in the group stage, they can't then meet in the final? because I do fear PSG.

All it means is that if we both progress, we can’t face each other in the round of 16.

We get no extra money for the Messi vs Ronaldo match up. Just normal gate receipts. Probably more viewers though.
