I don’t get this logic at all. Their weak areas have been CB, RW and a striker.

They sign Ronaldo and they’ve addressed all of their weak areas in this window with top quality additions.

Meanwhile, our weak areas of LB, DM and striker seems to have been addressed by signing a creative midfielder.

That said, we will still be challenging for major honours. I just don’t think we have improved our starting 11 in this window, whereas Chelsea, United and Liverpool (with injuries returning) have.

Trying to interpret Pep’s double speak is impossible, and anyone who pretends otherwise is kidding themselves.
