4 days till the transfer window closes. It's already closed for us, City are gettin no one else in.

I hope Ronaldo's salary to join United is on par with what they paid Sancho and hopefully all those egos they have causes a huge implosion for them. My fear is the rag cunts will win the league and or other cups.

I personally cannot see us winning anything this year, not even the beloved League Cup. Hopefully my eternal pessimism will back fire on me :)

I am not saying Tixki out.

But the manager clearly wanted Kane, so why did we not back his wish?

Levy set a price, is the issue Tixki does not think Kane is value or thinks Pep is wrong?

We always have alternative's when looking for a player, yet in this case, we did not, why?

Yes he isn't the finished article everyone wanted us to sign but I am certain if we stick him up front for us in a team with Kev, Grealish, Foden etc. he will score a lot of goals for us.

BUT will Pep play him? I said in one of my earlier posts that Pep seems to thrive on adversity.. He actively creates it with his team selections so I worry that despite the contract extension, Delap won't get a look in....

Absolutely,, even spoke to a cpl of Chelsea after and they were saying they had no chance, they saw the lineups then that changed to, fuck me we really do have a chance,, but heyho

The club clearly decided signing a 28 year old with a dodgy injury history for £150m+ was a shit idea, set their price, offered more than what they thought he was worth and Levy still didn't get what he wanted.

That's not a loss, in my book.

It really breaks down to do you feel the club needs a regular centre-forward or not I'm not saying there is a right or wrong there, but we seem to have painted ourselves into this corner, the irony of it being that we have also broken the British transfer record, so its not like we haven't burnt money.
