I'd be absolutely astounded if there was a single City fan who had 50% of Pep's understanding of the game and 20% of his coaching/managing ability. There is a huge gap in his and your average Joe's knowledge of football.

Absolutely true. The hard part is doing most things right, which nobody on here could achieve. The easy part is criticising the minority of bad bits. That doesn’t mean criticism is invalid though. Everyone has their blind spots.
