Cup scheme city v napoli

my points for this fixture haven't been added yet either, underneath the points it states 'last updated 25/8'
when you click on update it just logs you out again,
anyone have a clue if they have a weekly update across the system or something like that ?!
 
only info i got from city by e mail and tex
was they were unable a access my back account
and i needed to phone them which i have, they have now taken
money from account but i have yet to received a invoice
from city
 
Paying for myself, on an 18-21 season ticket and my little brother on an under 16's ticket and its only cost me £30, for chamions league football this is amazing! Blackburn away is costing me more!
 
they said to me i should of recived a recipt before they took the money out, glad to say i have now recived both just no loyalty points but my guess would be you get your points when your card checks in at the stadium.
 
money taken and no points update - could someone confirm that you get points per game on the cup scheme (ie aside from the 200 on signup?) and if so, how many points is it for the Napoli game for cup scheme members? 20?
 
Still haven't been charged and nothing in order history. I joined the CL scheme and got 100 loyalty points instantly yet they have not taken a penny from me nor presumably given me access to the game.

Waiting for an email reply from supporter services after three days... sigh.

Reading it and it seems to pertain to loyalty points? My main concern is that my credit card hasn't been charged for it and others seem to have been. And if I've not been charged then my card won't get me in the ground, haha.
 
Nothing's gone out of my account so I checked my account on the MCFC website. F*ckers haven't even put me and the wife on the 3 cup schemes we signed up for. I even went to the ticket office during the summer and asked the woman to check we were on them and she said we were. Means I'm down a few loyalty points and defo won't get a Munich away ticket. Also probably lost our seats for Napoli at home.

I've emailed that Wilson geezer about it and I'll let you know if I get anywhere with it. Major f*ck up by the club though.
