Customer Services - holding tickets

Aright,

Going to the game tonight but i've got hold of my mate's ticket who won't be at the game till about 10-15minutes in... Do you know if you can give the season ticket to customer services to hold on to?

What I've done in the past is arrange to get a call off my mate and pass the ticket to him through the gates in the turrets by the toilets when he arrives.

I wouldn't trust the network coverage in the stadium to be honest, hopefully he'll make kick off - if not i'll pop it at the Box Office.
