My ‘cycling advice’ right now is to get Eurosport on pronto, cos they’ll be heading up the Angliru very soon!
I'm watching the Women's FAC but I've just stuck the final 20km on record. It looks well busy up front and should be a cracking finish. My ‘cycling advice’ right now is to get Eurosport on pronto, cos they’ll be heading up the Angliru very soon!

Just watched it back now.Was watching both pc and tv ;)
Can any of the experienced cyclists tell me whether tubeless tape is as good as adhesive for a 700C Road Tub?
I need to replace a rear tyre and I've never had the pleasure of doing it before
That’s what I meant sorry... the double sided stuff (I’m getting two rolls of Tufo tape with the tyres)... is it as good as glue these days?A road Tub where you glue the tyre on. Nope. Tubless tape is just tape that helps seal the holes to make a rim airtight. It doesnt stick the tyre on. Air pressure holds the tyre on in a tubeless set up, on a Tub the tape is basically double sided glue and the glue + pressure holds the tyre on the rim.
Can't help you. I have never owned a set of tubs as I have never fully understood how you change a tyre. Sounds like a right faff. If i had to do it i would go to YouTube for a steer. That’s what I meant sorry... the double sided stuff (I’m getting two rolls of Tufo tape with the tyres)... is it as good as glue these days?
