They are expensive but the Castelli Estremo are excellent winter glove and very hard wearing
They look awesome, but I'm not sure I can justify £80 for a 35 minute each way commute. I'm currently using an old pair of Gore Windstopper fleece gloves, but they're a bit snug round the thumb, and cut the circulation off as I grip the bars.

I put these on my Christmas list, so hopefully I should be sorted before the real sh*t weather kicks in.

Its a cycling jersey....it WILL be expensive as is all the kit for some reason?
Some of the more expensive brands are massively overpriced for what they are.

Having said that a lot of pro team kit gets sold off cheap occasionally, and if you buy your summer kit in the winter, and your winter kit in the summer you can get some pretty good deals. You just have to plan ahead.

Also, Aldi often have cheap, half decent kit for sale. I still wear a base layer that I bought from there 3 years ago.

I don't think these are going to be cheap though somehow.

My issue is size being of larger frame ;-)

95% of the time nothing fits and when you find something that does, its either out of stock, ridiculously over priced for what it is or both.
