Cycling Advice

I've been out of the saddle for three weeks due to working away.

Unfortunately, I think I may have shredded my Achilles tendon whist running; at least a partial tear at the heel, and also a tear in my calf.

I'm hoping I can still ride when I get back, but I'll have to wait and see...

I was always pulling my calf muscle through running. So much so I decided to jack it in and stick to cycling. Used to still ride pain free even with a pulled calf muscle though.
