bumped into Donald today at a car boot sale in Rochdale,he was walking about with a vinyl record of the Tchaikovsky 1812 overture that he'd just purchased,he was on top form as always, said he doesn't go anymore and just keeps a low profile but loves city just as much as ever but saying how its not the same anymore now we have all these mercenaries playing etc,we covered quite a few subjects including the war in Afghanistan the tour of Ireland back in the 90's amongst various others and rounded it off talking about the threat to kill the Russian keeper in 88,made my day, long live Donald Farra,City legend!

Doesn't he have a United tattoo?

If so, why?

yeh he had a bet with his rag mate, had it done in a pub for charity.

Great op. Still goes in the Eastlands occasionally, doesn't he?
Love the choice of record. I could imagine that's already the tune that's playing inside his head as he just goes about his daily business.
Wonder if he cadged the 50p to pay for the record off a random blue he addressed as 'fingy'.
City legend, long live Daft Donald.

I can remember donald in glasgow for an england scotland game. The police advised him not to get off the coach for his own safety.Oh how the world has changed

Can someone explain...One of my earliest memories was when we played shrewsbury away...I was only a young lad and we were on the special...This big black lad then walked down the train and my mate said that's daft donald...Is this the same guy?
