I see him all the time, he is a loon.
I was going into the cheese about a fortnight ago and he had just bought some noodles from the chinese and was slapping them in his face, me and my mate were pissing ourselves laughing.

Saw him the other day near the con club. Got grey hair that sticks up a bit.
I've seen him in haughton green, Ashton, loads of places in Tameside throughout the years.
My mate saw him on the bus once singing about biscuits.
