Just seen a very sad story on BBC North West. Danny, a blue, has been in hospital for two years after an emergency brain operation and his family are now trying to raise money, £200K, to bring him home from hospital.

I’ve had a look at Gofundme but I can’t find his page. Can anyone help.

Danny’s one of us.

Did he have insurance home from where

I saw this very sad story on tv tonight too. Showed the lad in his hospital bed with City quilt on. Would be great if as many blues as possible could donate to get the poor lad home. Please help if you can blues.

As a Fylde coast based blue want to find out when his mums running club is doing the Fleetwood to Freck bed push so I can show my support and make a contribution. Anybody know please put it on here

Saw this myself and have donated. City seem to do a lot of good things with stories like this, hopefully they are on it to get Danny to a match in the near future. Might be too much for him but it said in the report he did recently go to the MOSI.

Hi everyone, I am Dans Dad. Dan has been a Man city fan since he could walk and wore his match kit all the time. The last two years have been very difficult but he is getting a little stronger every week that passes. The doctors say he is medically fit to leave the hospital and go home, hence the fundraising. We are doing all we can to make this happen, so any help you can offer is much appreciated.

I forgot to mention you can find more out on his Facebook page 'Get Dan Home' and on his Go Fund Me. He has been in Hospital for nearly two years and Man City players have very kindly visited at Christmas which lifted him so much. Here are some of the photos.

Done, so sorry to hear about Dans troubles. Hopefully you get the money you need and your lives can get a little bit easier by getting your boy home. Good luck

Done.
Thoughts and prayers with Dan and all the family.
Life is so precious.
@Get Dan Home I would be happy to take part in any sponsored event you may be planning, or anything practical that could help.
Good luck and God bless
