I'll second that. He's a top guy who's helped me on a couple of occasions too.

Some customer service departments in other companies could learn a lot from Danny.

Fine band. Also worth tracking down are Gary Clark's two subsequent bands, King L (one album - A Great Day for Gravity) and Transister (one album - Transister). Now writes songs for the likes of Natalia Imbruglia and ex-Spice Girls.
