I laugh when a rag player gets a muscle strain but not an illness that fucks with his entire life. One of the many Bobs on this site and a good friend of mine have similar problems and it sounds terrible.

I'm not sure of his prognosis but its very rare for a sufferer of something like this to ever be cured completely. Best of luck to the lad.
