Contact the club and get them to correct it, but i dont think it will hamper ypu getting finance as there only bothered about how much money you are borrowing and your credit rating.

don't get finance, get a credit card from either Natwest or RBS, they are both doing 0% on purchases for 18 months, if you can't afford to shell out the lot in one go you could buy this seasons and next seasons on it then average the monthly payments over 18 months and pay no intrest

Years ago I applied for a job at the airport and got it subject to passing counter terrorism checks. I failed them three times and lost the job. On the third failure there was a post it note from the checker and all it said was check date of birth.
I had been in care from the age of four and was told my age etc all through those years so presumed it was right. Applied for my birth certificate and sure enough I as a year older than I thought. Did my head right in as things like 21st were a year out plus I lost a whole year. No help to you just thought I would share.

You can do it by e-mail as well if you don't want to hang on the phone for ages.

Sounds like too much messing about, probably easier to go back in time and change the actual date of your birth.

Not exactly on topic but when my dad bought my sister her season ticket he got her date of birth wrong by one year, so he pays the cheaper prices for one extra year.
