I would take Alaba agreeing to join us as a sign Pep was extending. Not sure he’d come to us otherwise.

Not sure about that. Pep seems the type of person who doesnt give any guarantees (so how any player would know that). City is big enough now to attract anyone IMO. Of course Pep helps but we are not dependent on him.

As Sane case shows, its mostly about game time and money. As per reports, City have offered Sane significantly less than Bayern and it looks like hes off even though Bayern are inferior to us sporting wise.

I have no knowledge of it being in the works, bud, but then football transfers are pretty low on the list of priorities.
