A crying shame, but he has a life to live and every player's time comes to an end.
I wish him all the very best and thank him for a multitude of magical moments.
A truly "great" player and it's been a privilege to watch him play.

The Artist. The Wizard. The greatest player I've seen at City in my lifetime.

Nope. I admit, I did not see this coming. Not at all.

I see that the BBC reporters are still trying to work out who David Silva is.

  5. Our kid will be suicidal. I'll be heartbroken when this happens. i never thought I could feel as close as I do to some of our players at my age.

Best player in the Prem ever since he joined us - fans of every club know it. There have been other brilliant non-City players in the Prem, but none as consistently brilliant as David. For me, his performances range from superb to brilliant. And what a wonderful guy and human being.

The best. Nothing much else to say about the man really. The one I have always feared leaving the most.

Those words about Foden have slipped under the radar some.

Can someone send them to Mills
