Right its late and instead of going through all the shite that people are writing in threads, is he coming here?, was his agent here yesterday?, did he say (recently) that he is not coming?, are we just being played like a mug and is he nowhere near coming here?

Nick, no one really knows mate.
There several sources (ITKs) and a newspaper saying that he MAY sign, one from another forum says he is adamant that he is coming (toffee fan on mancs something). NO recent reports have said anything different and his club does need urgent finances.
But bear in mind he's a Valencia fan and love his club and we aren't doing to well. So all in all its all about your own feelings, is your glass half full or half empty.
