Can't read the article but didn't he also get kicked off Britain's Got Talent for inappropriate behaviour?

Always seemed a bit of an odd one to me, and totally separate from any allegations I've just always found him about as funny as root canal surgery.

He’s quite old fashioned, reminds me of Dick Emery. He wasn’t funny either.

Comes from an era of TV that has a fair few wrong'uns. The problem is they don't even realise they are doing wrong, it becomes normal for them to believe their celebrity entitles them to a bit of sexual misconduct.

It doesn't strike me as a surprise with him. But it sounds like they've dropped him without any proper investigation which is ridiculous.

My kids have read some of his books. They're absolutely shite. Complete Roald Dahl rip-offs. I was more surprised he's sold as many copies as he has.
