I don't think so tbh. Mathias Sammer who is their DoF, said that Guardiola won't have MUCH influence on this window. They probably know he won't extend his contract, so thats why.

I `think you've misunderstood him. He's asking if Pep might be guiding our transfers, not Bayerns. If anything, Sammer and KHR not giving Pep freedom in the transfer market might point to them being confident he won't renew his contract.
