Oh well that's me well and truly rumbled. Just have to wind up the Ax(minster) Man another way.

Joke of an article (if you can call it that, given the lack of any sort of depth or knowledge included in it).

Could it come across as any more of a Welsh stereotype? Loving Mark Hughes for being a Welsh hero and obviously being a gloryhunter that latched on to Liverpool 20 years ago instead of supporting his local club and now crying over "the Reds".

I like how the numpty says "But I can't take away from City's recent run" (a 'run' which to him seems to consist of two results - a great sample to construct a position on, eh, mate?) after spending the previous paragraphs attempting to do just that.

Pathetic provincial tub thumping.

There is no word in Welsh that has two oo's in it, with one word, i.e. eto it would mean again, but the other words mentioned do not exist in Welsh - trust me - my husband speaks Welsh fluently. So it looks like it is an anogram.

I wote a pretty in depth article recently for a local publication on exactly this matter. I can't seem to find the link now but I can remember word for word what I wrote so if you'll indulge me for a moment I'll reproduce it here. A word of warning though... there was an awful lot of thought went into it and it's pretty heavy going, so I apologise for the length of it, but please stick with it through to the end...

Hughes was crap. Mancini is God.

Very insightful I'm sure you'll agree ;-)
