I don't think there are many people who watch football regularly that would say De Rossi makes a good highlight reel. He would most likely walk onto any team in the world. He and Xabi Alonso are the two men that play that role better than anyone else in the world.

In my opinion, I don't think we are trying to shift Kolarov out. I know he is a wanted man, but we have 60+ games coming up and basically have Clichy for that spot. Unless we are going to put Rodwell there I don't see us getting rid of our backup left back.

Because reports from England and Italy both said it was related to DDR? I mean if they heard his agent was heading to England, it's feasible they were also privvy as to the reason why. And why would he need to talk to City if it was about Kolarov? If he is moving, personal terms would be discussed with his destination club, City would talk directly with the destination club over a transfer fee surely?

Even if Modric does edge out Khedira which isn't a given at all (who says he won't play Modric further up the field in rotation with Ozil for example?) that doesn't mean we could go and sign Khedira for only £15million right now even if he was available (which I highly doubt he is). I've been watching both of them play and LUCKILY for me i had the chance to watch both of them play again some days ago in the Belgium V Netherlands match . Dembele totally Owned Dejong PLUS Dejong gifted a goal to a belgian player Marteens . NDJ was a mess in the game we played on Sunday and that's not the first time . I'll say sell him to inter and bring in someone who brings more to the team , I'll even take Lassana over him .
