Sadly, I'd be shocked if Sane stays. When I put myself in his shoes, I find little reason for staying. And so many reasons for leaving.

When I put myself in his shoes I think the mother of my child would prefer if I stayed in Manchester, my priority would be my child, therefore I'd find it very difficult to move.

Nonsense, especially as long as Pep is here.

Club and team No1
Don't think they have to oppose each other. The more people we get watching our team, the more we sell, the more money we get to reinvest in the team. There's a reason United have so much money every year and it's not their on-field performances. Marketing is important. I don't think he'll suddenly turn into Lingard overnight just because he wants to get his brand up.

The mother would move with her man. That's not much of an issue.

He has the chance to reach a much higher level with Pep than without him and there aren't many coaches (if any at all) that basically guarantee that. That alone should mean he stays.

Unless he thinks / knows Pep doesn't want him....
Not if Pep doesn't trust him and has him as 4th fiddle. When the best team in his home country is begging to have him lead their next generation.

Nah, being an afterthought on Pep's team is simply not better than being the star in the best team in your home country.

With practically little change in your ability to win things.

Playing in a better team and a better league against better opposition. He was a regular starter last season and for significant parts of this season. Pep has shown he changes his mind on people if they put in the hard yards (Aguero, Bernardo, Zinchenko, Gundogan) so every chance he can become a consistent starter again. Particularly if he shows he can play as well on the right as he does on the left

It reportedly is, she allegedly doesn't want to move.
Fair enough. Then that would be one point in our favor albeit unrelated to the actual job. He won't be the first expatriate father though. Lives in Manchester and works in Bayern.
