I think Grealish have release clause attached to him that will makes much easier for us to buy him from Aston Villa, no need for us to negotiatiate the said club just pay the clause and done.

It will interesting though if Rice have release clause attached to him with 100m price tag will our club do the same thing for him?

How do you know we aren’t in the same scenario right now? Remains to be seen how well the club has handled this situation. If Plan C is signing a very raw player from Celto de Vigo I can’t say that fills me with a tone of confidence.
