with regard to the attitude and the abilities of certain players and I think the likes of Robiniho and Jo may have been foisted upon Hughes which can't have helped as I don't think they are cut out for the premiership.

WOAH WOAH WOAH

you dont think robinho is cut out for the prem??
get a grip on reality

Robiniho is very skilful and very effective when things are going well. However this season especially away from home he has been anonymous.

That is not totally his fault as he is in a team playing poorly (and I appreciate that lately he may be carrying an injury)

he is our highest scorer and last week or so he was the second highest in the league second only to anelka
that shows he is most definately cut out for it.
granted he might go missing occaisionally but thats because he's getting service from the likes of vassell and benjani. with decent service he'd be doing better than he is now and thats saying something

Mmmm.... I know what Revolver is getting at. Rob could fast turn into a luxury player. Just hope that this is not the case. Will all be different soon anyway I think.

All you Hughes supporters, no matter how you jazz it up we are officially bottom 3 - how much lower can we go before you recognise the problems ?
All this bollox about being in a UEFA spot ready for the transfer window has evaporated quickly, what top class player is going to swap chasing trophies to scrapping to survive the premier league trap door ? If we maintain the same points average over the next 19 games we are fucked simple as !! Enough is enough no more excuses !!

Once again we are flapping prematurely! If we lose tomorrow you have some validity for this thread, but because we haven't even played yet wtf are you on about? If we actually manage a win tomorrow then we have hugely improved the situation and this thread probably wouldn't get started!

Is that why Chelsea were trying to sign him for 9 months? He is possibly the most skillful player I have seen at City, if the manager can't get the best out of him he can't blame the player.
Don't worry we'll have him as a substitute for Bellamy come January.

well thats your opinion although was there much need for personal abuse when i wasnt posting anything to you or with reference to you?
do you really think it a sensible comment to say robinho isnt cut out for the prem?

Mackenzie said what I meant to say.

As I said Robiniho is a very skilful player who shines when things are going well. Unfortunately City are not Real Madrid and Chelsea and we really need application with the skill.

I hope I am wrong because we all want Robiniho to be a success.

And yes it is not his fault that others haven't performed and it is early days.

I reckon we'll hear a few "Hughes out" chants at the game if we lose tomorrow. There's bound to be plenty of fans just chomping at the bit to join in.
