No, he's the more box to box of the 2 defensive midfielders in a 4231.

Was excellent vs. us.



Shakhtar played in many ways like we want to, Pep's obviously spent loads of time looking at them in the build up to our 2 games and in the games themselves, I wouldn't be surprised if this was like Monaco last year and we got him.

He's a bit short though.
 
Really liked the look of Fred when we played shaktar at home. He was superb in possession when under pressure and looked athletic. Only seen him in the games against us but he could well be the perfect long term replacement for Fern.
