i have bought an extra ticket for a junior who may now not be able to go,could i upgrade the ticket on the match day so it could be used by a adult or are there restrictions for the derby?

could be wrong m8 but i think the derby is the one match they definately don't allow upgrades for, but hope for your sake i'm wrong.

Not on the match day. Over the phone before hand think you are ok
