Scheinkman told Bild: “For the moment it’s only speculation. There’s nothing official.
“Diego is under contract with Werder until 2011 and he is happy here and he wishes to complete his contract.
“In case an offer that is suitable for the club and for the player is made, we will study it and see what we can do.â€
