Or he could come out and say we are in the shit defensively due to injuries and are desperately missing the Captains presence.
Of course you would welcome that honesty and wouldn't dream of using it against him eh?
Or after 2 and half years he could learn to set up a defence tha can erm defend or at least try and play to their strengths.
We all take the piss out of LVG aka the tactical turtle but Pellegrini is just as inept.

I think it's really easy to say that "there's loads of managers who could do better" but really that's a pointless discussion as we've not got those managers, we've got Pellegrini until the end of the season. Our current form isn't great, but then if you look around us at our rivals nobody is pulling up trees so i'm confident that when we revisit in May Pellegrini will have added to his trophy haul at City.
It's also worth noting that if there's so many managers out there who could be doing a better job than Pellegrini, then there's even more of them who could be doing a better job than Mourinho. Currently the most successful manager plying his trade in the PL. Shows the fickle nature of football, and also shows that this league this season is something different to what we've experienced previously.
I guess Sheikh Mansour decides how much money to give his people for transfers. Is that a problem ?
You think the good Sheikh rubber stamps who will sign LOL. We have a business model that is now generating a profit but you think he signs off on the likes of Delph.....

Yep, and two years ago posters were calling Pellegrini "the Chilean David Moyes". He went on to win the title that season whilst Moyes finished wherever he ended up. You're a credit to all Blues comparing our manager to the rags manager.
Something has gone badly wrong between mourhino and his squad so yes, I think as Chelsea have shown in the past, replacing a manager can do wonders. I'd be giving him the elbow about now. Maybe we are stuck with Pellers but looking at the lack of spirit and effort I think we are in the same place. But I hope you are right.

BTW try comparing TT's record against Pellegrini's. He won more in his first job at Ajax than Pellegrini in his whole career.

What a weird post. How are we in the same position as Chelsea? They aren't going to finish in the top 4. We're 3rd 3 points off the top. Our situation is NOTHING like Chelsea's.
