We lost to Arsenal away, so now Txiki is shit again is he? The day after we find out Guardiola is leaving Bayern, most likely for us,

Damn right Txixi has questions to answer. Hanging on to Pellgrini when he clearly is not cutting it for starters.
We have squandered vast sums of money whilst weakening the team under his watch. Some of these signings are borderline fraud at the price paid whilst under the fair play cosh. (Mangala,Bony,Delph,Fernando) some are questionable (Sterling,Otamendi).
His affiliation with Guardiola may be beneficial in the long run??but by putting up with 2 years of Pellegrini he has wasted the best years of Kun,silva and Yaya with nothing to show for it.
I know Txixi is god on here but he's given a very easy ride

Good job he's got Pep nailed down because he's spent money on some absolute garbage in his time here.

The Mangala signing will be a black mark on Txiki's time here.

£42 million spent on a CB who barely looks good enough for a team fighting relegation, let alone us.

Getting Guardiola or not will really define Txiki's time here.

But surely by keeping the calibre of players you've listed at the club when any of them could've easily gone to Real, Bayern or Barca he's done his job, has he not?

Guardiola has turned Boateng into one of the best defenders in Europe, there's hope yet

It's quite possible we overpaid on Mangala, but to be fair it's not like we have to care that much about money, it's not about how many 100's of millions we spend because there's plenty of that where it came from, it's just that we need to have good enough players and team cohesion to attain our admittingly rather ambitious goals, ambition which kinda flows from being so rich anyways as in "we need to win everything because we are so expensive" which is a logic i have a little bit of doubt on, then again afcourse i'd like the Blues do do very well too, just that i don't think were going to the gutter any soon for a few poor performance's.

And to be fair, while i agree that mangala should have done better today and perhaps a few occasions more, i'm also somewhat concerned on the tactics regarding defense and how it's seems to often put the defense in a difficult spot to defend from. I might agree with the sentiment forwarded by many fans on this forum that there seems to be too few support on the CM or CDM area which makes it only harder for the defense, and in truth if you consider the team to be the weakest on the defense side then perhaps pellers should change formation somewhat to strenghten the team at the CDM area.

Is it this man's plan to have us playing boring boring football and defending like morons? If not he should have the manager in his office in the morning for harsh words. If so he needs to be in front of Soriano and Khaldoon tomorrow himself.
