The signings are what they are you don't know how they will work out until u sign them but my biggest issue is our defence, I can't understand why Txiki has not brought in a defensive coach when it's clear to everyone watching that it's simply not working.

Boateng was already up there anyway, let's be fair.
Guardiola has made him an even better player though, clearly.
I'm not sure about that to be honest, he certainly got rough ride and slated by our supporters during his time here and was also around the same age as Mangala is when he left

He left us in 2011 and was still a very good player in a bad patch.
When Pep went there in 2013 he was already a treble winner.
He was young back then and for odd reason playing left back. Also he couldnt adapt to the Town Manchester and was homesick, which maybe affected his performanceI'm not sure about that to be honest, he certainly got rough ride and slated by our supporters during his time here and was also around the same age as Mangala is when he left
Maybe Pep plays Yaya Centerback :P

Well if they were good signings then his choice of Manager is at fault. If the players are just crap that's down to him .Either way ,would any of those be in Barca or RM line up?..No .But surely by keeping the calibre of players you've listed at the club when any of them could've easily gone to Real, Bayern or Barca he's done his job, has he not?
Pelligrin is the fall guy for txixi's poor decison making. He can hide behind his flawed choice of Pelligrini Manager by playing the Pep card all the time. If that goes tits up he should be run out of town.

All i'm saying is be careful what you wish for, he's the best in the business at what he does and well respected in the football circles he operates in

Or maybe to sort out the fucking players. His is exactly how we were playing last spring, then there was all the rumours about a pep agreement and Pelegrini maybe losing his job when we dropped out of the top 4, then something happened and we went back to normal.
In the last month or something we've gone from doing well enough despite injuries, to doing badly despite injured players returning. It's not right. Something is going on behind the scenes that has changed since September. The same players, the same formation and tactics, but their heads aren't in it.

Just disagreeing that his elevation was all down to Pep.
Pep will certainly represent Mangala's best, and last, chance at this club.
