Dissertation Study - Commercialisation at City

I'm in the process of doing my dissertation around the topic of commercialisation in football but more specifically its impact at City and any effect it has had on fans directly. As a City fan, I like to think i'm up to speed with the issues facing us atm so the survey covers a variety of topics related to the club.

I'm currently piloting my survey to gain feedback and then make any improvements necessary before actually sending it out and collecting data. I'd be very grateful if people could give it a once over and give some feedback, both good and bad, so that I can amend areas of it. I won't be gaining any data from any responses, so i'm not too fussed about answers to the questions at this stage. I'll release it fully in the next few weeks.

Far too many questions, it loses track, there should be less qualitative boxes when you are asking yes or no or things to be rated, otherwise it will take far longer to do any analysis.

How many people on here can remember a time when football hadn't been commercialised? Very few I would think, so am not sure it is that good a topic to use a survey for. Look in old programmes and try and find one without adverts, or old games without adverts, surely shirt sponsorship and selling of replica shirts in the early 80s means you would need to know about the 70s to be able to have a stab at knowing pre-commercialisation.
