Ditching Sky

Just a word of warning lads that I'm not sure how longer I will be supporting the build; the pressure now is being ramped up on box sellers and I think that builds will be the next to be targeted; in all honesty I'll pull it before it gets to that stage

Don't want to sound like a tool but I'm not risking my future over a Kodi build blues :(

Fair dos to you for doing a build and helping us all out. I didnt know nowt about xbmc as it was called about 7 years ago learned everything from google search and youtube and making builds is piss easy for me can do one in 30mins. Anyone who wants to set up kodi who no nowt just spend a weekend watching youtube vids. Heres one for making build.

I have an Openbox now and I paid £30 for a years sub after recommendations off a few lads who use the same server. Any how mine fucking scrambles all the frigging time yet my mates don't anybody know why?

This is why I have sky. I hate them with a passion but to miss corrie for the sake of a few quid just isn't worth it. Take last night ,the rag **** that is David platt got a hiding. Worth every penny.

i cancelled sky last night via live chat, been putting it off for last few months because the last time i tried to cancel they kept me on the phone for bloody ages with different deals and shit and in the end they offered me the basic package for £8 a month for 10 months so i said yes stupidly (i have an openbox so i dont need sky but the missus likes the sky tv guide....long story.....)

i think the live chat thingy must be quite recent because i was all done and dusted within 10 minutes. i was offered a 15% discount off my package to try and keep me but i was determined to end it last night and tbh 15% off is pretty shite really. anyway im free from sky and now saving 20 odd quid a month, im not even sure what the basic package is these days? £25?
