Blocking tracking is its first priority

Stop worrying about ever-changing privacy policies and take the first step towards getting control back over your information. DNT+ keeps an eye out for advertising companies and social networks looking to gather your personal information.

* Free tool that puts you back in control of your information
* Best available blocking stops more than 600 trackers
* Compatible with Mac or PC for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Internet Explorer
* Automatically updates to catch new trackers

Am I going to incur the wrath of Damocles by having installed this on my browser? Not that I intend to deactivate it any time soon. In one week it's blocked 1800 website tracking companies...

;-)

You know that website tracking isn't a bad thing right?

It seems fairly obvious that I don't.

Please explain how it's a good thing that advertising companies can track the websites we visit without our knowledge or permission...

OK don't bother then. I did put this is Technical queries, so even it it wasn't obvious from the OP, it was actually a question about whether this is necessary and whether you/Ric had a problem with me using it, as you do with Adblock.

Oh, and a non-condescending answer would also be appreciated this time.

Thanks.

Sorry mate, only just seen this.

By all means install it if you wish. It's AdBlock we have the bigger problem with.
