    They are so dirty it’s untrue. I went first class on Virgin recently and it was minging.

    I love travelling by rail, especially long-distance or where the alternative road journey would mean hours of concentration. I am, however, a tad nervy when it comes to quiet platforms with a fast, non-stopping service scheduled...
